After you order, we ask a handful of quick questions beyond the intake form if anything needs clarifying -- what your competitors look like, whether you've got a color someone on your team already loves, whether this needs to work on a dark background. Concepts usually land within the delivery window above, each as a flat PNG proof so you can react fast without downloading anything. Pick a direction, tell us what to adjust, and we iterate through your revision rounds -- most projects land in 1-2 rounds, but the full amount is yours if you need it.
Every tier includes proper source files, not just a flattened export: an editable AI file, a clean SVG that scales to a billboard or a favicon without blurring, and a PNG export pack sized for the usual places a logo needs to live (social avatar, email signature, a wide version for a website header). Do I own the final logo outright?
Yes -- full commercial rights transfer to you on delivery, no ongoing fees, no attribution required. You can trademark it, put it on products, sell a business that uses it -- it's yours, the same as if you'd designed it yourself.
What if I don't like any of the 3 concepts?
That's rare, but it happens. Tell us specifically what's off -- too playful, too close to a competitor, doesn't work in one color -- and we'll take another full pass at the initial concepts before you spend a revision round on it. We'd rather get the direction right first.
Can you match an existing brand color or font I already use?
Yes -- mention it in the requirements (or the 'preferred colors' field) and we'll design around it rather than propose something that clashes with material you already have out in the world.
Will the logo work in black and white, and at a tiny size?
That's part of the design process, not an afterthought -- every concept is checked at favicon size and in single color before it's shown to you, because a logo that only works in full color at large size isn't finished yet.
What file formats do I actually get?
